Warm again
Couple of down days to move stuff, but I got out again this morning (though I'm not posting until about 7 hours later) and did the usual waterfall route through the golf course — basically the same run as the one that's photographed below.
It was warm again (65-70, which, again, is pretty high for sunrise in these parts — yesterday it was 48, for example), so I was, how do you say, methodical in my trotting. People in other parts of the country would probably give eye teeth for 65-70, but it's all about what you're used to. A few years ago, I always ran at noon, even if it was 100 out. That's not to say I enjoyed it, but I did get used to it.
Saw the usual assortment of rabbits, birds and people — a few more of the latter than has been usual in recent weeks.
Much less water was going over Black Eagle Falls today. I will try to pry the camera out of my true love's hands in the next day or two and show you what the falls look like with little water going over them (they look like mossy cliffs).
Anyway,
