Too much even for me

Thursday I awoke to 7 below zero, a couple of inches of new snow and darkness; I decided that that was too much even for me to deal with, so I went to my gym, ran until I was completely bored stiff on a treadmill (including speeding up to a sprint (for me) for 10ths of miles every half or so), did a full Cybex workout and bagged it. Even TV (Sports Center, CNN or Fox seem to be the only options at this hour) doesn't help.

I'll probably do that again today, though I may even skip the treadmill in favor of something long in the daytime tomorrow.
