From the gym

Skipped Friday (a little tired and very busy), so extended slightly on Saturday after working for four hours or so. I went from the gym, and did a big loop around Upper River Road, the stables out short of Ayrshire Dairy, then coming in looped eastward on 33rd Ave S to a north-south street that took me back to 17th, which I followed back to the gym.

It's warm — in the 60s, one of the warmest of the year so far — and I ran in shorts and a drifit t-shirt. Felt pretty good, though I've come to prefer running in the morning (this was basically through the noon hour).

The only things that've changed out there are a new subdivision going into the gully at the big curve on River Road, and the Lewis and Clark overlook area on the hilltop east of the stables.

It also was mostly sunny, so I probably got slightly burned. Doesn't feel like it, though. If I match this tomorrow, it'll be another 40-mile week, which is pretty good for me (and it'd put me over 400 for the year, also pretty good).
