Flats, no foxes, with pictures

Did a routine flats run and was kind of tired for some reason. I took the camera, though, in hopes of catching the foxes out again, but no such luck. I saw three deer, a bunch of rabbits, all kinds of birds and a black cat out in the field, but no foxes, and the deer too far away to photograph.

We're on a run of too-hot weather — highs in the 90s and the lows only low 60s or so. It's a little unusual, but not so much, really. It isn't ideal running weather, however. Even the morning run is warm (it's 68 now).

Hoping for baseball tonight (White Sox are back in town), Beauty and the Beast Thursday (opening night, and two of C's daughters are in it) and Lincoln Friday (we'll run to Missoula Saturday for some of the international choral festival there). That means either Tuesday or Wednesday Nora and I will go to the Dead Man's Chest. A busy week, it seems.
