Easy does it

I got to playing with Google Maps and Street View this morning and got a bit of a late start running, so I did a normal (unextended) cemetery run under a beautiful, almost-full moon.

Don't know if the extra 10-15 minutes on the start time caused it, but there was significantly more traffic today — had to wait for cars and change sides of the street probably 10 times. Just last week the same route met not a car.

It's cool and relatively calm out — low 30s, and the NOAA says there's a 10 mph NNW wind, but I didn't notice any wind at all. As a result, I was slightly overdressed.

The moon in the west was alternately encircled and covered by wispy clouds, which put me in mind of the cover of a mystery novel or a children's story. It'll be brighter and bigger for the next couple of days, but it's also going to be colder. Forecast for Sunday night, in fact, is 25 below. That's too cold even for me. Supposed to snow starting tomorrow night and the temp will drop behind the front. May be my first gym trips of the season.
