Sore foot; easy trot
Nora and I went to Giant Springs Heritage State Park and parked near the trail, then trotted eastward into the area where I've been running all week.
Unfortunately, my foot is getting increasingly sore, and I had her turn around at a half mile or so and just went short.
Several folks out walking/running dogs; did lots of housework and cooked a big pot of chili during the Husker game, which turned out relatively well (NU 24, Michigan State 3).
Breezy, chilly but not cold.
1; 12.5; 42.5; 200.5
